It's all about quality service, family values, & time spent together.
Remember the good ole' days of ice cream trucks in every neighborhood playing a tune every person from ages 2 to 92 recognized? Or the lunch canteen trucks that came to every business selling their products, and making a friend or two along the way. Possibly, the business that was genuinely out for the best interests of their customer when planning a catering event, no matter how large or small the function? Well, that's what Heart's Delight is all about! You, the customer! My husband and I had a drive and compassion for the consumer, and the need to fulfill the desires of how their event should be performed. My husband John is a former combat veteran and retired Fire Chief for the state of Alaska. Myself, Pam, I currently work for a major retail chain as a bakery clerk and for many years worked in the field of human resources prior to being laid off in 2002. I also have a great deal of experience in food service and have catered for events involving anywhere between 40 to 400 guests. Our two children, Brian and Amanda are an active part of the business, as well as outside family, church, school, and military activities. In the process of creating this page, thanks for your understanding "Heart's Delight"XYZ Company began with Jerard Smiley and Sue Frier and a great idea. Mr. Smiley and Ms. Frier developed this idea slowly, at first, while holding full-time jobs as design specialists for two different companies. But soon XYZ's products and services were in such demand that Smiley and Fier started full-time and employed two sales representatives.
